Privacy notice
RegulaView is operated as regulatory technology for licensed gaming oversight bodies. This notice summarises how we handle data on our public marketing site (regulaview.com) and how the platform processes operator-submitted data inside customer-controlled deployments.
1. The two surfaces
Public site. The marketing site you are reading is informational. We do not run third-party advertising, behavioural tracking or cross-site profiling here.
RegulaView platform. The supervisory platform itself runs in jurisdictions chosen by the regulator that licenses it. The regulator is the data controller for any operator submissions, transactions and audit records processed inside their deployment.
2. What the public site stores
- Server logs (IP address, request path, user-agent, timestamp) — retained for operational diagnostics and security investigation.
- Demo request form contents (name, business email, organisation, country, role, free-text notes) — used solely to respond to the request.
3. What the platform processes
Inside a regulator's deployment the platform stores transactional and operational data submitted by licensed operators (transactions, alerts, integrity manifests, audit events, regulator user accounts and their actions). Retention, residency and access controls follow the regulator's policies.
4. Your rights
For the public site, you can request deletion or correction of any demo enquiry you submitted by contacting hello@regulaview.com. Requests concerning data inside a regulator deployment must be directed to that regulator, who is the controller for that data.
